You are looking at very fine vintage button covers, from about 1920s. They are made from heavy genuine copper. They measure 1.25 inches (3.2cm) long by 1 inch (25mm) wide. They bear the mark "PAT 1922". They are in excellent condition with very little wear. Very nice collectible pieces.
