Very gorgeous vintage heart dress/scarf clip. It is from the 1970s. It is rhinestones set in very heavy gold tone metal. It measures 1.25 inches (3cm) long by 1.25 inches (3cm) wide. This piece is not signed. It is in very good condition with all of the rhinestones intact. There is very little wear. Another fabulous piece of jewelry!
