You have found here an old vintage men's tie tack made from ceramic tile. The colors are orange, dark brown and black, with a bit of yellow for subtle brightness. The tie tack has a glazed finish and speckles throughout. The clip in back is stamped with a patent number (2853761.) It measures just 3/4 of an inch by one-half inch. Probably from the skinny tie days of the 50's. A great addition to any vintage men's jewelry collection!
