I searched and searched to try and figure out who made this beautiful piece. It is POSSIBLE that this is an unsigned Miriam Haskell, but we can't be positive. (In fact, if you recognize this design, I would be happy to hear from you.) It is extremely well made and in excellent, near perfect condition. The pendant is an open work butterfly with gold plated metal. The rhinestones are aqua, yellow and root beer colored. The pendant measures 27 inches. The matching clip earrings are curved like a butterfly wing. They measure 1 inch by 1/2 inch. The combination clip screw back earrings bear patent number 3,176,475 (I found some Haskell earrings that bore this same patent number.) This is the design that is a clip but has a screw allowing you to adjust the tension for ultimate comfort. All of the stones on both pieces are intact. This vintage jewelry is very clean with no signs of wear. You'll be thrilled with these -- or you could thrill someone else, as they would make a lovely gift!
