This delicate looking pendant was designed to resemble a gold nugget. It is raised on the front and texturized on the back. It is stamped 14K gold. The pendant measures 17mm tall by 10 mm wide. The chain is stamped Sterling and Ciani with the copyright symbol. It is also marked Patd. Since the chain is gold, it appears to have been plated over sterling silver. The chain is 14 inches. Overall length with pendant is almost 16 inches.

Ciani is a line that was introduced in 1977 by General Mills after they acquired Monet. There is a bit of tarnish on the clasp mechanism, but no other apparent defects on this very nice vintage necklace. I suspect that the pieces were put together by the former owner and did not come together, but I thought I would go ahead and offer them as a unit. I think you'll be very pleased.
