You have discovered a simply gorgeous vintage rhinestone bracelet signed by Kramer of New York. This bracelet has two rows of aquamarine navette rhinestones with a center row of matching chaton rhinestones. It is rhodium plated. It is probably from the 1950s and is from the estate of my late aunt; you can read about her in my blog. The clasp was somewhat bent when I got this bracelet so I had my trusty jeweler friend replace it. She replaced it with a vintage clasp, to keep the piece authentic. The safety chain is intact. There is one stone that is a slightly different color and was obviously a replacement somewhere along the way. It is right at the finding for the safety chain, so I imagine it came loose from repeated use clasping and unclasping the safety chain. I think it was as good a match as could be found and isn't really noticeable unless you look closely in good light.

The bracelet is 7 inches long and 3/4 of an inch wide. This is a remarkable vintage bracelet and a wonderful example of Kramer's legendary work. This would make a lovely gift or an addition to your own vintage rhinestone jewelry collection.
