You have found here a pair of vintage men's cuff links in a dome shape that looks like coiled wire. They are marked on the back "Made in Italy for ..." and then unfortunately, the post is soldered right over the maker's name!
The cuff links measure 3/4 of an inch in diameter. They are in very good condition with only minor signs of vintage wear.

This would make a wonderful addition to a vintage jewelry collection and would also make a terrific gift.
