You have found a delightful vintage rhinestone circle pin. It is gold-plated rhodium, very well made and I believe it is practically brand new in that it's been rarely, if ever, worn. On the back there is still a little string from where the hang tag was attached. The stones are all intact and bright and sparkley. It has a texturized gold tone flower with a larger rhinestone chaton, accented with two other larger chatons on what appear to be rhinestone ribbons coming from behind the flower. This piece is gorgeous! It measures 1 inch by 1.5 inches. It is not signed. A very nice collectible piece!
