Another highly collectible compact from the same estate as a couple of my other recent listings for compacts. This one is Max Factor by Zell Fifth Avenue. It HAS been used; as you can see the powder cake is worn down in the center. The puff, signed Zell Fifth Avenue is dirty (with powder) and has some green stains on the edges. The compact itself is in what I would call very good condition with some signs of vintage wear. It is decorated with two rows of tiny clear rhinestones -- very elegant. A couple of the rhinestones are beginning to discolor -- they have a small dark spot. The closure is tight and the hinges work perfectly. The mirror is good, with just a couple of dark spots on it. If you are a collector of vintage compacts this one would make a wonderful addition to your collection.
