Dainty & feminine gold hearts in a stylized hoop, marked 14K gold JCM on the post.  JCM is the maker's mark; I believe this is the jewelry company out of Windsor, CA which specializes in precious metals.  There is another J.C.M. in Thailand, but they use periods after their initials, so I don't think these earrings are from them.  These are probably not that old -- maybe from the 1980s.  Excellent condition with little to no signs of vintage wear.  They measure 3/4 of an inch long and are 1/2 inch in diameter.

These would make a lovely gift or a great addition to your own vintage earring wardrobe.
