You have found a real collectible here! I recently acquired a lot of jewelry from an estate of a woman who was an Avon representative and I have several "new in box" vintage Avon pieces from this estate. This one is a combination keychain-pendant that was issued to commemorate Avon's 100th Anniversary in 1986! The keychain features a keepsake rose design on gold tone metal with the inscription on the back: "Avon 1886-1986." The medallion measures just a hair over one inch in diameter.

To wear as a pendant, simply slide the medallion off the keyring and place it on the accompanying 20 inch gold tone metal chain. It all comes to you in a felt pocket and the original box. Mint condition!
