You have found a beautiful floral brooch with textured gold plate edged with shiny gold.  It bears a cartouche on the back with the hallmark of Coro and the copyright symbol.  It measures 3.5 inches long by 1.5 inches wide.  Some very minor plate wear consistent with its age, but almost insignificant.  This is still a very nice collectible piece and would make a fine addition to any vintage costume jewelry collection.
