Talk about a statement piece!  This is it.  Start with a double-link gold tone chain with both shiny and textured links.  About 2/3 of the way down the chain, on each side, are two smaller (1/2 in by 3/4 in) pendants, mimicking the larger centerpiece pendant.  These two small pendants bear a tiny dark blue enameled quarter moon, a tiny sparkly rhinestone and faux turquoise beads.  Suspended from these on four chains is the larger pendant with a moonstone center stone, surrounded by dark blue enamel and more of the turquoise beads and rhinestones, all set in gold filigree metal.  The bottom of the pendant is a movable piece bearing the same quarter-moon previously mentioned with 3 faux pearls dangling from the point.  This pendant measures 2-3/4 inches by 1-1/2 inches.  Adding to the interest of this amazing piece is another gold link chain coming from the two small pendants, which acts as a frame for the centerpiece of this lovely vintage necklace.  Overall length of the necklace is 30 inches.  All three pendants are signed by the designer, Florenza.

There is only one minor defect that I can find and that is a line of glue around the edge of the moonstone on one side.  I don't know if this is original or if it fell out at one point and was repaired.  I imagine this can be cleaned off by a reputable jeweler.
