It has aurora borealis, purple & pink rhinestones set in heavy silver tone metal and measures 2 inches long. It gives the appearance of balloons tied together with a pink enamel ribbon. This brooch is not signed. It is in good condition with all of the rhinestones bright, clear and intact. There is a little vintage wear. The picture does not do this piece justice. It is delightful!
