FAQ

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: We have a flat rate shipping charge of $5.95 for the first 5 items. Your item will be shipped via Priority Mail.

Q: Can I pay with my credit card?
A: Yes! PastGems accepts Visa, MasterCard & Discover card. You do not need a Paypal account to use your credit card.

Q: Can I pay with Paypal?
A: Absolutely! Just click the Paypal button on the payments page and you will be taken directly to your Paypal login page. Proceed as usual.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes we do. We hope that you will be thrilled with your purchase, but in the event you are not, simply contact us within 7 days of receipt, return the item in the condition in which you received it and we will promptly issue a refund. Shipping costs will be your responsibility, unless there was an error on our part (shipping wrong items, etc.)

Q: How do I purchase insurance?
A: This has been a problem. Our web host does not offer that feature in shipping options. So we have overcome the issue by adding USPS Shipping Insurance as an actual Product. You will find the various insurance rates at the bottom of the Category List on the left in the category USPS Insurance. Simply find the amount of your order that you wish to have covered by insurance and add that to your shopping cart. Your item will be shipped insured by the USPS. In the event of loss or damage you would then follow up with a claim to the USPS. We will help with that procedure in any way we can. Please email with any questions. And if you don't find the amount you want to insure in our product list, please send an email for a quote.
